磷酸鎂水泥-粉煤灰-聚苯顆粒保溫板的制備及性能研究

    摘要:在磷酸鎂水泥-聚苯顆粒保溫板中摻入部分粉煤灰降低其制備成本,并對所制備保溫板的性能進行研究。結果表明:當粉煤灰摻量由0增加到45%時,磷酸鎂水泥-粉煤灰-聚苯顆粒保溫板的導熱系數由0.095 W/(m·K)降低到0.075 W/(m·K),軟化系數由0.83增大到0.97,改善了其保溫隔熱性能和耐水性能。此外,粉煤灰的摻入使得磷酸鎂水泥-粉煤灰-聚苯顆粒保溫板的連通孔數量減少,這也是磷酸鎂水泥-粉煤灰-聚苯顆粒保溫板導熱系數降低的原因之一。

Study on preparation and properties of magnesium phosphate cement-fly ash-polyphenylene granule insulation board

    Abstract:Some fly ash is introduced into the magnesium phosphate cement-polybenzene particle insulation board to reduce its preparation cost,and the performance of the prepared insulation board is studied. The results showed that,when the fly ash content increases from 0 to 45%,the thermal conductivity of magnesium phosphate cement-fly ash-polyphenyl particle insulation board decreases from 0.095 W/(m·K) to 0.075 W/(m·K),and the softening coefficient increases from 0.83 to 0.97,improving its thermal insulation and waterproof performance. In addition,the introduction of fly ash reduces the number of holes in the insulation board of magnesium phosphate cement-fly ash-polyphenyl particles,which is one of the reasons for the reduction of thermal conductivity of the insulation board of magnesium phosphate cement-fly ash-polyphenyl particles.
